It is recommended to set the sausage grill (rotary grill) temperature to 180-200 °C. After preheating, use this temperature range to grill for about 10-15 minutes, which can make the outer skin crispy and the inside fully cooked.
The temperature given by different sources may vary slightly. Still, it is generally concentrated between 160-200 ℃, with the core not being lower than 160 ℃ (which is prone to entrapment) and not exceeding 220 ℃ (which can cause the intestine to burst and burn on the outside but not on the inside). When operating, you can refer to:
Preheating: First, turn on the power and rotate, adjust to 200 ℃, and preheat for about 1 minute.
Entered into the intestines: After placing the grilled intestines, lower the temperature to 120-150 ℃ and bake slowly for 10-20 minutes until the surface is slightly golden brown. This step is suitable for commercial sausage ovens, which can be slowly flipped over without easily sticking.
Oven/air fryer version: If it is an oven with a rotating function, bake at 180 ℃ for 30 minutes (reference for volcanic stone sausages). A regular oven usually heats at 200 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, then flips or brushes oil halfway through.
