Based on product structure, operating environment, and equipment performance requirements, we select suitable raw materials and components and conduct necessary inspections before production.
Production Workshop
  • Sheet Metal Processing
    We complete sheet metal cutting, forming, and related component processing according to product drawings and structural requirements.
  • Cutting & Forming
    Cutting, bending, and forming processes are carried out according to equipment dimensions and structural specifications.
  • Welding Workshop
    Equipment frames, oven chambers, and structural components are welded and fixed, with welding areas inspected and properly finished.
  • Surface Treatment
    Equipment surfaces are cleaned, polished, and refined according to appearance requirements and application conditions.
